Job summary

AG BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E professional to develop and coordinate all M&E works on site.

You will assist in implementing plans and reviewing specifications, while monitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager. The role requires hands-on problem solving and strict adherence to safety regulations. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years of construction experience, with flexibility to work shifts, Sundays if needed, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Able to work shifts and Sundays if necessary.
• On-call availability 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and coordinate all M&E works.
• Assist in implementation and review of plans and specifications.
• Monitor project status and submit progressive reports to Project Manager.
• Provide solutions for M&E technical issues.
• Control engineering & technical documentation and product delivery.
• Ensure equipment testing/calibration and corrective actions are in place.
• Review work of consultants, contractors and others.
• Perform value engineering.
• Comply with standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
