Job summary

Lisen Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled M&E supervisor in Singapore to lead planning, coordination and execution of mechanical and electrical works on site.

You will review plans and specifications, monitor project status, resolve M&E technical issues, and ensure proper documentation, delivery control, and adherence to safety standards. Willingness to work shifts and be on call 24/7 is required to support construction milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Willing to work shift.
• Willing to work on Sundays if necessary.
• Available for 24 hours on call.

Responsibilities

• Able to develop, plan and coordinate all M&E works.
• Assist in implementation and review of plans specifications.
• Monitor project status and submit progressive report to Project Manager.
• Provide solutions for M&E technical issues.
• Ensure control of engineering & technical documentation.
• Ensure control of product delivery and corrective action; testing equipment calibration and control.
• Plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.
• Able to perform value engineering.
• Compliant with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
