Job summary

MD PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a M&E Drafter in Singapore to support interior renovation projects. You will prepare M&E shop drawings and technical drawings, coordinate with architectural and ID drawings, and update plans based on site conditions.

The role requires a relevant M&E/engineering qualification and proficiency in AutoCAD, with preferred experience in interior renovation/M&E drafting. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in M&E, Engineering, Drafting or related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience in interior renovation / construction M&E drafting preferred.
• Able to understand and coordinate M&E requirements within renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E shop drawings and technical drawings for interior renovation works
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and ID Drawings.
• Prepare and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Assist with drawing submissions and technical documentation

Required Proficiency

• Experience in preparing and coordinating the following plans:
• Electrical Plans
• ACMV Plans
• Plumbing & Sanitary Plans
• Fire Protection Plans
• Waterproofing Plans

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in M&E, Engineering, Drafting or related fields
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in interior renovation / construction M&E drafting preferred
• Able to understand and coordinate M&E requirements within renovation projects
• Good attention to detail and drawing accuracyAble to work independently and coordinate with project teams
