Job summary

M.D. Projects is seeking a M&E Drafter to support interior renovation projects in Singapore. You will prepare M&E shop drawings and coordinate them with architectural and ID drawings, updating drawings based on site conditions.

Key duties include coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, and assisting with drawing submissions and technical documentation to ensure accurate, compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in M&E, Engineering or Drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and coordination.
• Experience in interior renovation / construction M&E drafting preferred.
• Able to coordinate M&E requirements within renovation projects.
• Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy; able to work independently and with teams.

• Prepare M&E shop drawings and technical drawings for interior renovation works
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and ID Drawings.

Required Proficiency

• Experience in preparing and coordinating the following plans:
• Electrical Plans
• ACMV Plans
• Plumbing & Sanitary Plans
• Fire Protection Plans
• Waterproofing Plans

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in M&E, Engineering, Drafting or related fields
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in interior renovation / construction M&E drafting preferred
• Able to understand and coordinate M&E requirements within renovation projects
• Good attention to detail and drawing accuracyAble to work independently and coordinate with project teams
