Job summary

BITIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting professional to produce detailed HVAC drawings and plans. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret requirements and ensure accurate drafting of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include updating drawings for changes, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and ensuring compliance with SS 553 and project specs. Occasional site visits may be required for measurements and alignment with site conditions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in drafting HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit); ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with local HVAC standards such as SS 553.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Material Specification: Assist in specifying materials and components needed for HVAC systems, ensuring they align with the design plans.
• Site Coordination: Occasionally visit project sites to verify measurements, ensure drawings match site conditions, and make adjustments as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Diploma or certification in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in drafting HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit); ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
