You will review tender requirements from clients and consultants, attend site show-rounds and meetings as needed, liaise with internal project members to integrate M&E design into proposals, and develop M&E designs, layouts and cost proposals aligned with design

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong foundation in M&E systems.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information into concise, actionable reports and clear stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Review tender requirements from Clients/Consultants, not limiting to tender documents, drawings, site surveys and tender briefs
• Attend site show-round, tender interview and meetings as and when necessary
• Liaise with internal project members for integrating of M&E design into proposals
• Develop M&E designs and layouts for proposals
• Develop cost proposals according to the design intend
