Job summary

UNITED SINGAPORE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced E&M coordinator to manage BIM coordination, liaise with LTA and SWCs, and ensure timely submissions for tunnel and E&M works.

You will prepare design drawings, coordinate with vendors, architects, and consultants, and attend weekly design meetings to drive project progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SWC coordination meeting with LTA E&M team, LTA project team, N1007 and SWC’s.
• Check BIM model before issuing to N1007 for CCSM, CSD/SEM, CSCSM submission to LTA.
• Review consultant drawings and submissions to LTA and N1007 for review/approval.
• Design tunnel cable brackets, service crossover bridge, VICP and CRP for SWCs.
• Liaise with vendors to verify LTA design requirements and compliance.
• Prepare E&M Niches drawings per contract and LTA/SWC requirements.
• Check ST submission drawings, tunnel alignment, vertical alignment and long section drawings for coordination.
• Design tunnel walkaway pipe trench per sessions with LTA SWC coordinator/consultant.
• Coordinate with vendors for architectural works.
• Coordinate with clients, SWC, project team and contractors for E&M design/construction.
• Assist BIM team to model E&M works like plumbing, sanitary, CSD/SEM, airwell and submission to LTA for approval.
• Liaise with Architect for design coordination.
• Attend LTA line-wide NSC E&M meetings, weekly design meetings and progress meetings.
• Coordinate with structural consultant for M&E design requirements.
• Liaise with interfacing contractors for SWC matters.
• Assist PD/SPM for urgent E&M works.
• Prepare temporary design drawings for bus stops, pedestrian overpasses, walkways for LTA approval.
• Prepare SWC/equipment delivery drawings and future replacement drawings for LTA review.
• Review LTA E&M SWC drawings for coordination (ventilation, Niches, AID camera, LUS, LBS, MVMS, PA, CCTV).
• Liaise with LTA MES for tunnel jet fan coordination and air monitoring systems.
• Attend BIM coordination with N1007 & LTA for CCSM/CSCSM coordination.
• Prepare cover letter, scope of works and drawing submissions with QAQC for LTA submission.
• Highlight QS changes in tender drawings compared with latest designs.
• Comply with Singapore COP and requirements.
• Prepare SWC coordination meeting minutes.
• Update SWC inputs/status in LTA progress/design meetings.
• Review documents/drawings before client submission.
• Prepare E&M Niches drawings.
• Liaise with Architect & structural consultant for coordination.
• Assist Design Manager/Project Director for urgent E&M works.
• Prepare temporary design drawings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks.

• · Reviewingall LTA E&M SWC design drawing for coordination such as Tunnel ventilationsystem, Niches, AID camera, LUS, LBS, MVMS, PA, CCTV etc.
• · Liaisingwith LTA MES team for Tunnel jet fan coordination and Air Monitoring Systemequipment’s.
• · AttendingBIM coordination meeting with N1007 & LTA for BIM CCSM and CSCSMcoordination.
