The role involves sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for department supplies, coordinating with vendors and sub-contractors to obtain the best prices, and issuing purchase orders with management approval. Daily duties include scheduling technician work, coordinating with the Team Leader on emergencies, filing service orders, and preparing quotations for client defects.

Qualifications

• Coordination skills and ability to work under pressure are essential.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail in scheduling and reporting.
• Technical background in mechanical/electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, order and manage inventory of Department's supplies.
• Procure the best price with vendors/sub-contractors for all supplies.
• Issue PO to vendors after management approval.
• Submit supporting documents for Finance payments.
• Schedule works to be carried out by technicians after client approval.
• Coordinate with Team Leader on scheduled and emergency works.
• Record and file Service Orders (SO) in the system.
• Upload photos and maintain client-related records.
• Prepare quotations when defects are reported by clients.
• Ensure works are performed by technicians as scheduled.
• Prepare monthly integrated contract reports and submit to Client on time.
• Monitor contracts and renewals, ensuring timely proposals.
