Job summary

China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a senior M&E Construction Lead to oversee all M&E construction activities on site and report to the Project Manager. You will independently manage construction activities and progress, coordinate and supervise M&E works, liaise with M&E consultants, and ensure compliance with authorities and submission requirements.

A minimum degree and 10 years of experience are required, with a proven track record of delivering projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant M&E experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ALL M&E Construction Activities on Site reporting to Project Manager
• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Coordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
• Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.
