Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator to coordinate M&E subcontractors, review shop drawings, and ensure timely As-Built submissions. The role involves liaising with RE/RTO on workmanship standards and coordinating material requisitions with Purchasers, Plant Manager, and other stakeholders.

You will support planning, BIM/VDC coordination, and weekly M&E schedules while upholding safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in M&E with at least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects.
• Familiar with Government rules and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Commercial awareness and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E subcontractors regarding works progress, workmanship standards and resource provision.
• Check and coordinate M&E shop drawings and As-Built submissions.
• Liaise with RE/RTO regarding workmanship standards.
• Coordinate requisition of building materials and small tools/equipment with Purchaser.
• Coordinate requisition, rental and repair of equipment with Plant Manager.
• Control material wastage and unproductive usage/deployment of general workers.
• Provide BIM/VDC coordination for the project.
• Assist the PM in planning and monitoring construction progress.
• Plan and issue weekly M&E work schedules and submit OMM/As-Built drawings to consultants/Employer and obtain TOP.
• Support high workplace safety, health and environment standards.

Maintenance Certificate /Final CompletionCertificate

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor/Diploma in M&E with minimium 5 years ofrelevant experience in construction industry

Proven track records of successful projects delivery

Familiar with Government rules and regulations

Proficient in MS office skills

Commercial awareness and high degree of integrity
