Job summary

SG UNITED CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E Construction Professional to coordinate electrical and mechanical service installations on site in line with approved drawings.

You will liaise with consultants and stakeholders, participate in technical and site meetings, and supervise on-site progress to ensure quality and schedule adherence across HDB BTO projects in Singapore. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects is required, along with a degree or diploma in

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E service installation on site according to approved coordination drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Liaise effectively with consultants to address all matters related to M&E works and facilitate smooth project execution
• Participate actively in technical and site meetings to contribute to project planning and issue resolution
• Assess and resolve technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and works by collaborating with consultants and subcontractors
• Supervise on-site work progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions
• Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE to meet regulatory and project requirements
