Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is seeking an on-site M&E Coordinator for a reputable main contractor in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating all M&E technical and engineering activities at site, ensuring progress aligns with schedules and quality standards.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical matters and ensure timely milestone completion in a fast-paced construction setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site M&E coordination and engineering matters.
• Ability to monitor progress and coordinate site activities.
• Ability to prepare project progress reports.
• Experience coordinating design details and construction requirements.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site M&E technical and engineering matters.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve technical issues to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Prepare and submit project progress and status reports.
• Coordinate M&E design details, drawings, and construction requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members on technical matters.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company quality standards.
• Supervise M&E works and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Maintain proper coordination among different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

• $3,500 - $5,500 + Variable Bonus
• A reputable main contractor with a strong track record in HDB, Condo, Landed Property, Commercial & Industrial Buildings.
• 5.5 days – Site Based (Central area/ West area)
