EVERGREEN BUILD S.E.A (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Coordinator to support the M&E Manager/Project Manager in delivering building and civil projects.

You will liaise with subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance on site. The role requires strong communication, team spirit, and a background in M&E coordination with the ability to prepare shop drawings and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects.
• Strong communication skills and being a team player.
• Experience in M&E coordination and shop drawing supervision is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Render M&E engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager for project execution.
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors on progress and schedule.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and safety compliance.
• Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval and guide M&E staff and subcontractors to follow approved drawings and statements.
• Prepare accurate M&E progress reports with photos when required.
• Attend project and progress meetings related to the master program schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Render all M&E Engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of the project. Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.

To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule

Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.

Prepare structural penetration shopdrawing for approval Oversee and guide all M&E Staff/Supervisors/sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance to the approved shop drawings, materials and method statements.

Prepare accurate and comprehensive M&E progress report with photographs when required.

Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.Any other duties assigned.
