Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a BIM/CAD Drafter to prepare drawings and detail design documents using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD and Revit. You will work with project personnel to interpret instructions and place them accurately on drawings.

You will coordinate with the project team to ensure documentation meets submission deadlines and adheres to scope and schedule. The role requires a diploma or professional certification and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate or equivalent
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Able to work independently and under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

To prepare drawings and detail design documents by using BIM Modelling, AutoCad and Revit.
To work with project personnel on instructions, pre-established guidelines and comments and visualize and position them onto drawings.
Work closely with project team in co-ordination, organization and preparation of documentation and drawings.
Plan all drawings request to meet submission deadline.
Work in accordance with project scope and schedule.
Make the necessary charges in drawing as per comments given by project team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
