Kerry Consulting is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a major heavy infrastructure segment within logistics and asset-intensive operations. You will liaise with senior leadership, oversee management reporting, budgeting and forecasts, and lead a finance team to drive value creation.

The role emphasizes financial modelling, capital investments, profitability improvements and governance, with cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• 8+ years' experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, terminals or capital-intensive industries would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management reporting, financial planning and performance management for a key business unit.
• Lead a team of finance professionals and partner with business stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial plans; evaluate performance and identify profitability improvements.
• Build financial models for strategic investments and feasibility analyses.
• Strengthen governance frameworks and ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
