Job summary

Kerry Consulting partners with a global fund manager to identify a seasoned Investment professional for their Singapore team. You will lead identification and evaluation of investment opportunities in data centres, and drive market screening and preliminary assessments.

The role covers deal structuring and execution, financial modelling, due diligence, negotiations and transaction documentation, coordinating advisers, and preparing materials for investment committee and board approvals while

Qualifications

Ideally, you bring 10 - 12 years of experience with a track record of successful transactions in data centres and/or infrastructure.
Strong technical competence in financial modelling, deal structuring and execution, and deep appreciation of data centre development.
To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, agile and hands-on.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, lead market screening and preliminary assessments.
Spearhead deal structuring and execution.
Engage in financial modelling, deal analysis, due diligence, financing workstreams, negotiations and documentation with advisers.
Prepare investment recommendations for investment committee and board approvals, and manage external partners and relationships.
