Job summary

Panerai, a member of Richemont Luxury, seeks a Sales Consultant in Singapore to welcome clients and manage the full sale process per the Panerai Selling Ceremony. You will contribute to daily boutique operations and build lasting client relationships through proactive CRM initiatives.

Applicants should maintain deep product knowledge, participate in brand trainings, and uphold impeccable presentation and service standards in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Achieve/exceed monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets.
• Support in achieving boutique targets.
• Welcome and handle customers’ requests; lead all steps of sale per Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Identify high-potential leads and follow up to generate opportunities.
• Identify customers’ needs to suggest and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Know products, availability, delivery status, brand DNA/history.
• Understand competition and luxury industry via self-learning and trainings.
• Participate in brand training sessions.
• Maintain impeccable presentation per guidelines.
• Adhere to policies and procedures (security, inventory, deliveries).
• Manage daily boutique operations (opening/closing, inventory).
• Maintain boutique appearance (grooming, visual merchandising).
• Assist with special projects.
• Capture prospect/customer data for CRM and KPI targets.
• Develop and manage client portfolio via Panerai CRM initiatives.
• Apply CRM strategy per HQ guidelines.
• Assist in CRM planning and participate in events.
• Provide excellent client experience with product knowledge and professionalism.
• Ensure seamless service during SAV requests.
• Follow up on customer requests promptly.
