Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Luxury Watch Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting premium timepieces.

The role offers a base salary of SGD 2,700–2,800 monthly plus commission and rewards high performance. You will build client relationships, showcase watch collections, and contribute to boutique presentation and stock management. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required as part of a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium fashion is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as part of a premium retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of personalised service to boutique clients.
• Introduce and recommend luxury watches based on customers' preferences and needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Work towards individual and boutique sales targets.
• Develop strong knowledge of watch collections, craftsmanship, features, and brand heritage.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and daily boutique operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service professionally.
