Treetops Executive Residences in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our luxury serviced apartments team. This full-time role involves cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will work as part of a collaborative team to maintain our high standards and contribute to guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in hospitality or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide friendly, professional service.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other spaces to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure equipment and cleaning materials are stored and maintained properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
