Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in hospitality or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure equipment and cleaning materials are stored and maintained properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Treetops Executive Residences' in the Orchard Central Region. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our luxury serviced apartments. This full-time position will involve a range of housekeeping duties to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

What you\'ll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

• Restock and replenish linens, toiletries, and other necessary supplies in guest rooms

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner

• Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are properly stored and maintained

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and handle inquiries or requests promptly and courteously

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations
