Qualifications

• Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion, and lifestyle products.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
• Prior retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and exceptional service to every client.
• Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable luxury products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling.
• Work towards individual and boutique sales targets.
• Develop strong knowledge of the brand, collections, craftsmanship, and product features.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain high boutique presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily boutique operations.
• Provide professional after-sales service to strengthen customer loyalty.
