INA KESS is a Swiss luxury womenswear brand seeking a passionateSales Associate to represent INA KESS at a Takashimaya corner in Singapore. You will deliver personalized styling advice to an international clientele and actively engage customers to drive individual sales.

Maintain impeccable brand standards and work with the team to meet store targets. The role requires experience in luxury fashion retail, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Luxury fashion retail experience with a strong sales focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling advice to an international clientele.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to store KPIs.
• Maintain brand standards and product presentation.
• Assist with stock, replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure a seamless luxury retail experience.
