INA KESS is a Swiss luxury womenswear brand seeking a passionateSales Associate to represent INA KESS at a Takashimaya corner in Singapore. You will deliver personalized styling advice to an international clientele and actively engage customers to drive individual sales.

Maintain impeccable brand standards and work with the team to meet store targets. The role requires experience in luxury fashion retail, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Luxury fashion retail experience with a strong sales focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or another language is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Sales Associate to represent INA KESS at our approximately 30m² corner at Takashimaya.

Your role

Deliver exceptional, personalized service and styling advice to an international clientele

Actively engage customers and drive individual sales performance

Build lasting client relationships through appointments, follow-ups, WhatsApp and clienteling

Contribute to store sales targets, KPIs and the development of a loyal local client base

Maintain impeccable product presentation and INA KESS brand standards

Support stock management, replenishment and daily store operations

Work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure a seamless luxury retail experience

Your profile

Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with a strong focus on sales and customer service

Confident, proactive and commercially minded with a natural ability to build customer relationships

Passion for fashion, styling and luxury service

Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation

Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Fluent English; Mandarin or another language relevant to Singapore’s international clientele is an advantage

Available for shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Eligible to work in Singapore
