Job summary
HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Luxury Retail Customer Service Supervisor to elevate service standards in a premium retail environment at Marina Bay Sands.
You will lead and coach a customer service team, handle complex inquiries and complaints with poise, and ensure a seamless luxury journey. The role offers up to 8,000 SGD basic salary, attractive allowances, commission, and strong career progression.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant customer service, premium hospitality or cabin crew experience.
- Prior team-leading, supervisory or senior service experience preferred.
- Strong experience in complaint management and service recovery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Professional presentation with strong service etiquette.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a customer-facing team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in a luxury retail environment
- Supervise and support the customer service team in maintaining high service standards
- Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally and tactfully
- Manage complex service situations and provide effective service recovery
- Lead by example in professional grooming, communication, and customer engagement
- Coach and guide team members to continuously improve service quality
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
