Responsibilities

Maintain the overall presentation and image of the store, ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.
Lead and manage staff grooming, professionalism, and service excellence.
Support daily store operations, customer reception, and sales activities.
Welcome and manage VIP and high-value customer visits, delivering personalized service experiences.
Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer service standards and operational procedures, working closely with relevant teams to implement service improvements and corrective actions.
Foster a positive, service-oriented culture within the store.
