Job summary

Coach Singapore Pte Ltd is a leading luxury accessories brand seeking a dedicated retail associate to achieve store sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional service. You will represent Coach to customers, act as a brand ambassador, and ensure customer needs are consistently exceeded.

The successful candidate will drive clienteling efforts, maintain high energy on the floor, and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance standards, including working nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail and service industry.
• Open to candidates from various sales backgrounds, not limited to fashion.
• Retail experience may be considered for a senior position.
• Enthusiasm, optimism and interpersonal savviness.
• Good eye for detail and fashion sense.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of productivity and uses resources effectively to impact results.
• Tailor approach to different customers by reading cues.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, such as through the loyalty program.
• Serve all customers according to Coach standards with energetic presence on the sales floor.
• Participate as a team member and help the team meet/exceed performance standards.
• Use Coach communication tools to stay informed on individual and store performance.
