Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a full-time six-month internship in Singapore to support the Travel Retail APAC Regional Training Team. You will help manage training content, edit media, and liaise with vendors to deliver regionally adapted e-learning resources, with a focus on luxury beauty.

You will work on content creation, platform updates, and event logistics while gaining exposure to the Dior Beauty business and a multicultural regional team.

Qualifications

• University student or fresh graduate seeking in-depth knowledge in luxury beauty retail training
• Interest in Dior luxury beauty industry and ability to contribute to regional training initiatives
• Strong attention to detail, fast learner, teamwork, and positive attitude
• Digital savvy with content creation and video editing skills (Adobe tools, Capcut, Canva)
• Chinese language capability would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Create e-learning news posts aligned with regional topics and trends
• Maintain and update list of e-learning modules
• Coordinate translations of training materials with external vendors
• Manage and upload training content on internal platforms
• Edit training videos and add subtitles using Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
• Create and update regionally produced training tools using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Support training administration, budgeting, quotations, and invoices
• Organize BC training seminars and assist with events and GTM meetings
