Job summary

Responsibilities

• Customer service: greet customers, answer questions, provide product recommendations, and assist with sales.
• Store operations: stock shelves, replenish inventory, organize displays, maintain cleanliness.
• Sales support: inform customers about promotions and sign them up for newsletters.
• Inventory management: assist with counts, track stock, and process deliveries.
• Administrative tasks: prepare basic reports and maintain records.
• Visual merchandising: set up displays and plan store layouts.
• Special projects: support campaigns, live-stream sessions, and in-store events.
• Management assistance: learn from and support the retail management team.
