Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Luxury Retail Store Executive for their Scotts Road/Novena location. You will assist walk-in customers, showcase luxury products, and coordinate overseas exports with proper paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma and has at least 2 years of sales experience in the luxury sector, with strong communication to deliver a premium customer experience. 5 days work week, Sat/Sun included; 10am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in related industry.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.
• Photograph customer-brought items using a smartphone and send images to appraisal department.
• Communicate appraisal results and propose purchase prices based on evaluation.
• Coordinate overseas export of purchased products with proper documentation and compliance.
• Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate store operations.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.

5 days work week (Incl. Sat/Sun)

Our client specializes in the purchase of pre-owned luxury brand goods and is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Luxury Retail Store Executive to join their team.

【 Responsibilities 】

• Assist walk-in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.
• Photograph customer-brought items using a smartphone and send the images to the company's appraisal department.
• Communicate appraisal results and propose appropriate purchase prices to customers based on the evaluation.
• Coordinate the overseas export of purchased products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate smooth store operations and effective communication.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.
