Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a Luxury Retail Assistant for Marina Bay Sands with an immediate start and a 30 November end date. This on-site position involves cashiering, stock replenishment, and maintaining attractive visual merchandising in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires good communication and teamwork, the ability to stand for long periods, weekend availability, and adherence to store attire. 3–4 days per week, 10:00am–10:00pm (or 11:00pm) shifts with 2 unpaid breaks; only shortlisted

Qualifications

Prior retail or cashiering experience is advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to stand for extended periods and work long shifts.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Available to work weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Support daily retail operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, and merchandise display maintenance.
Process customer purchases accurately and ensure proper issuance of receipts during checkout.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an organised cashiering area.
Assist with customer flow and queue management to ensure a smooth shopping experience during peak periods.
Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and replenish merchandise as required.
Perform end-of-day cash balancing and ensure transaction records are accurate and properly maintained.
Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and price verification when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and achieve service excellence.
