Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a Luxury Retail Assistant for Marina Bay Sands with an immediate start and a 30 November end date. This on-site position involves cashiering, stock replenishment, and maintaining attractive visual merchandising in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires good communication and teamwork, the ability to stand for long periods, weekend availability, and adherence to store attire. 3–4 days per week, 10:00am–10:00pm (or 11:00pm) shifts with 2 unpaid breaks; only shortlisted

Qualifications

• Prior retail or cashiering experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work long shifts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Available to work weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, and merchandise display maintenance.
• Process customer purchases accurately and ensure proper issuance of receipts during checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an organised cashiering area.
• Assist with customer flow and queue management to ensure a smooth shopping experience during peak periods.
• Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and replenish merchandise as required.
• Perform end-of-day cash balancing and ensure transaction records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and price verification when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and achieve service excellence.
