Job summary

JG BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee luxury residential construction projects on-site in Singapore. You will manage daily operations, bridge the gap between plans and flawless execution, and catch errors before they become costly defects.

Requirements include 3-5 years in landed or high-end residential builds, proficiency in SketchUp, Revit and CAD, and a sharp eye for detail, with strong communication on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of site engineering experience, specifically in landed residential housing, or high-end luxury residential builds.
• Proficient in Sketch Up, Revit, and CAD, architectural details, and structural plans.
• Exceptional eye for geometric alignment, material matching, and finishing quality; strong communication and assertiveness on site.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and architectural finishes to ensure they meet millimeter-level tolerances.
• Blueprint Verification: Cross-check structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design drawings to resolve discrepancies early.
• Site Supervision: Manage subcontractors and tradespeople. Hold them to strict quality, safety, and aesthetic standards.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs. Track material deliveries and ensure the project hits key timeline milestones.
• Snagging Management: Create and execute comprehensive punch lists. Resolve defects quickly before and during the final handover phase.
