Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer (Residential & Renovation) based at Ubi. You will support landed houses, A&A and luxury home renovation works, ensuring drawings, specifications and method statements are followed.

You will coordinate daily site operations with subcontractors, suppliers and workers, manage materials and logistics to meet schedules and quality, review drawings, raise RFIs, attend meetings and support inspections and handovers as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of site experience in residential/landed/renovation projects preferred.
• Able to read drawings, coordinate across multiple trades, and manage basic site documentation (RFIs, inspections, progress tracking).
• Knowledge of local safety practices and quality standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support landed house, A&A and luxury home renovation works; ensure compliance with drawings/specs/method statements.
• Coordinate daily site operations (subcons/suppliers/workers), materials, deliveries and logistics to meet schedule/quality.
• Handle site measurements, verification, mark-ups/as-builts, inspections, and ensure safety/housekeeping standards.
• Review Arch/Structural/M&E drawings, raise RFIs, resolve discrepancies, attend site meetings, and support TOP/CSC inspections/rectifications (if applicable).
• Maintain site documentation (daily reports, progress updates, submissions, inspection and handover records) and other ad-hoc duties.
