Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field.
2 years’ experience in residential hospitality or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of residents’ names, units, and hours of operation.
Support day-to-day operations for Residences, including vendor activity and admin tasks.
Conduct daily line-ups and participate in monthly action plans to improve satisfaction.
Communicate with General Manager/Director of Residences regarding residents’ issues.
Create and maintain filing systems for work orders, reports, and owner documents.
Plan and execute services and lifestyle activities for homeowners and the hotel when applicable.
