Job summary

Hongze Contruction Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction projects from inception to handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality finishes on time.

Proven experience in Singapore, strong English communication, and leadership skills are essential. The role emphasizes risk management, client liaison, and digital project controls on high-end developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/construction field as stated.
• Minimum 5 years of Singapore construction experience.
• Minimum 3 completed landed residential projects (foundation to TOP/CSC).
• Experience managing projects > SGD 3 million and luxury/high-end finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to final completion.
• Develop project execution plans, milestones and construction strategies.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
• Lead procurement and contract administration activities.
• Manage client and consultant relationships and expectations.
• Oversee quality, risk management, and authority submissions.
• Mentor project engineers and site staff.
