Job summary

Richemont Singapore invites an experienced Real Estate Manager to partner with the Real Estate Director, SEAO, overseeing end-to-end management of our sub-regional portfolio. The role emphasizes lease negotiations, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Maisons and external partners to ensure seamless execution of real estate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in real estate administration or similar role in luxury retail.
• Demonstrated understanding of full real estate lifecycle and processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with real estate management software and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong direct communication with Richemont HQ and Maisons as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ongoing lease negotiations and milestones.
• Cultivate relationships with landlords to facilitate negotiations and gather insights.
• Prepare market visit data for internal and VIP external visits.
• Draft lease contracts for offices and boutique openings, relocations, renewals; coordinate legal reviews.
• Collaborate with Jewellery, Watch and F&A Maisons on sales analysis and teamwork.
• Conduct market analysis to support strategic decisions for new Maisons.
• Maintain tenancy administration, filing, documentation and master lease databases.
• Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and strategic documents.
• Conduct market and network research for external Maisons.
• Prepare internal reports, newsletters, and communications for HQ and Brand Managers.
