Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singapore is seeking team members to uphold safety and security standards across a luxury residence setting. You will ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for residents, guests, and coworkers, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, executing emergency procedures, reporting incidents, monitoring premises, and handling hazardous materials with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Follow company and department safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Report work-related accidents or injuries immediately for timely response and documentation.
• Monitor property premises to identify and report presence of unsafe conditions or persons.

Responsibilities

• Apply safety and security policies to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Execute property-specific emergency procedures such as evacuations, medical emergencies, and natural disaster responses.
• Report accidents or injuries immediately to management for timely response and documentation.
• Monitor premises to identify and report unsafe conditions or persons.
• Detect unsafe work procedures and report to management to prevent accidents.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following MSDS and PPE guidelines.
• Ensure use of PPE and proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
• Complete required safety training and certifications to perform duties safely.
• Protect guest and coworker privacy by following confidentiality protocols.
