Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Marina Bay Singapore is seeking a Non-Management Loss Prevention & Security professional to patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access. You will monitor CCTV, perimeter and life safety systems, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

You will complete incident reports, escort unwelcome individuals, and maintain confidentiality of security documents while upholding the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton and delivering exceptional guest service

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system.
• Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
• Complete incident reports documenting Security/Loss Prevention incidents.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property and report incidents.
