Qualifications

• Background in interior design, sales design, luxury interiors or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Comfortable working with flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend showroom walk-in customers, especially weekends, providing a welcoming, professional and personalised experience.
• Engage with high-end clientele to understand their interior design requirements, preferences and lifestyle.
• Present and recommend luxury interior solutions that align with clients' needs and design aspirations.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through attentive service and professional communication.
• Support showroom sales activities, client consultations and follow-up communications.
