is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive high-value interior renovation projects and bulk architectural film supply-and-apply contracts, focusing on luxury residential, corporate offices, retail chains, and boutique hospitality. You will develop tailored pitches, cost estimates, and product value propositions for high-net-worth individuals and executives, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to set quarterly targets and channel strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct sales experience in building materials, high-end fit-out, or window film industries.
• Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals (SGD 50k–200k+ contract values).
• Strong analytical, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) for executive stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales execution for high-value interior renovation and film supply/contract projects.
• Target luxury residential properties, offices, retail chains, and boutique hospitality projects.
• Develop tailored pitch decks, costings, and customized value propositions for high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
• Mentor and assist junior sales executives in complex negotiations and deal structuring to boost team closing rates.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to define quarterly targets, sales campaigns, and channel strategy.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, new product trends, and industry developments.
