Job summary

Raffles Sentosa Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Commercial & Sales team across Raffles Sentosa Singapore and Sofitel Sentosa. The role focuses on efficient execution of sales activities, accurate reporting, and seamless communication to drive revenue and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, with strong communication skills, and a service mindset suited to a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing.
• 1–2 years in sales coordination or commercial support.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Experience with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Commercial & Sales team across both properties.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, confirmations, quotations, and business correspondence accurately and within established timelines.
• Coordinate client appointments, hotel site inspections, familiarisation trips (FAMs), and internal meetings.
• Manage incoming sales enquiries, ensuring prompt distribution, timely follow-up, and effective tracking.
• Maintain departmental calendars, appointment schedules, and filing systems.
• Monitor documentation and CRM data, ensuring proper record keeping and reporting.
