Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Director of Sales to support the Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales in driving rooms revenue through management of existing accounts and development of new accounts and key markets.

You will drive and grow Corporate & MICE business to achieve budgeted revenue, lead key account management strategies, and represent the hotel at missions, roadshows, and events to foster relationships and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in a Luxury Hotel.
• Formal diploma required; degree holds an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, results oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the annual Sales and Marketing Plan and Room Revenue Budgets.
• Supports Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales in goals setting.
• Supports Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales to achieve rooms revenue budget and individual goals.
• Reviews and monitors room revenue, room nights and average rate performance of the accounts.
• Reviews groups booking pace in advance to build base business for the hotel.
• Actively participate in Rooms Revenue Meeting and pricing strategy in corporate segment.
• Drive and grow Corporate & MICE business to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop key account management strategy and activation plan.
• Engages and manages clients through daily sales activities, site inspections, and entertainment.
• Participates in Accor Sales Mission, Roadshows and events to foster relationships and develop markets.
• Plan and activate corporate events and inclusion in travel programs.
