Job summary

VISIONNAIRE – CREATEUR D'EVENEMENTS is a high-end event agency based in Singapore, delivering immersive experiences for luxury brands. The Technical Production Manager will lead end-to-end technical planning, design, and on-site execution for product launches, galas, conferences, and destination events.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with creative and client teams, all while upholding sustainability standards and high-quality

Qualifications

• Strong technical production skills across event design, staging, lighting, audio, video, and immersive tech.
• Proven production management capabilities including budgets, timelines, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and on-site ops for complex events.
• Solid project management, planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ability to run multiple projects.
• Experience in product development related to event concepts, prototyping, and refining production solutions.
• Background in live events, experiential marketing, or luxury brand activations; work with creative agencies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technical planning and delivery for premium events.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners, manage budgets, schedules, and production timelines.
• Supervise on-site execution, rehearsals, and problem-solving to ensure high-impact experiences.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and client teams to translate concepts into feasible technical solutions.
• continuously improve production practices aligned with sustainability goals.
