Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Singapore is seeking a curious marketing intern to join the Customer Excitement team. You will help shape how customers discover, experience and connect with the brand through campaigns, content, and partnerships, gaining exposure to luxury mobility storytelling.

This internship blends customer experience, communications and analytics, offering mentorship, hands-on project work, and opportunities to contribute to global brand initiatives across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Creative flair for producing engaging content and copies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution: support development and implementation of brand, PR, retail, and B2B marketing campaigns, including events and media liaison.
Content Management: manage content updates, SEM strategies, and reporting metrics across digital touchpoints.
Customer Relationship Management: assist in loyalty and retention campaigns and analyse customer feedback.
Partnerships: help identify co-branding opportunities and support stakeholder engagement and research initiatives.
