Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer‑centric Intern to support the Marketing team in delivering an exceptional Porsche retail and guest experience.

This role blends front‑of‑house hospitality with retail operations to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised journey reflective of Porsche's premium standards. You will represent the Porsche brand, assist daily retail activities, maintain visual merchandising, manage inquiries across channels, and help build long‑term

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Retail Management, Marketing, Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior experience in retail operations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to premium customer experience.
• Strong passion for luxury retail and premium automotive culture.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
• Able to work retail shift hours and at multiple Porsche locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver a premium front‑of‑house experience.
• Support daily retail operations, including POS, online orders, and inquiries.
• Maintain visual merchandising and seasonal displays to Porsche standards.
• Assist with inventory, stock transfers, and stock takes.
• Provide product information on cars and Porsche Lifestyle items.
• Manage customer data in the CRM and coordinate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with supervisors and vendors for store maintenance.
