Job summary

Eurokars Habitat - MINI Singapore is seeking a passionate Marketing & CRM Intern for a 6‑month internship to gain hands‑on experience in luxury automotive marketing, CRM initiatives, digital campaigns, and customer engagement.

You will support the Marketing team, assist in brand activations and events, analyze customer data, coordinate campaigns, and help deliver premium customer experiences while learning stakeholder management and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, CRM, luxury brands and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Assist in planning and coordinating customer deliveries, brand experiences, and marketing events.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
• Assist in CRM initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and enhance the ownership journey.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing & CRM Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury automotive marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), digital campaigns, event execution, and customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing team to support brand-building activities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Activation

• Support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.


• Assist in planning and coordinating customer deliveries, brand experiences, and marketing events.


• Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.


• Research and recommend emerging digital, social media, and luxury consumer trends.


• Assist in implementing CRM initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and enhance the ownership journey.


• Analyze customer data to identify engagement opportunities and key ownership milestones.


• Coordinate customer gifting programs, festive greetings, and engagement activities.


• Maintain and update CRM databases to support targeted marketing campaigns and communications.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing digital and social media campaigns.


• Monitor campaign performance and support content engagement analysis.


• Provide recommendations to improve audience reach and engagement.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Support day-to-day marketing and CRM operations.


• Assist with budgeting, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.


• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documentation.


• Provide ad hoc support to ensure smooth execution of marketing and CRM activities.

Throughout the internship, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in luxury automotive marketing and CRM.


• Develop an understanding of brand positioning, customer lifecycle management, and event execution.


• Build practical skills in stakeholder management, content creation, campaign execution, and data analysis.


• Work alongside experienced marketing professionals and gain exposure to premium customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.


• Strong interest in marketing, CRM, luxury brands, and customer experience.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.


• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
