Job summary

MARINA BAY SANDS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior creative technologist to develop tech-forward concepts that fuse luxury storytelling with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, 3D, and immersive formats.

You will bridge creative and production teams, prototype new techniques, and partner with external vendors to weave technology into traditional campaigns while elevating brand equity.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio spanning traditional art direction and technology-driven or experimental work.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools, 3D/motion software, and digital or interactive production techniques.
• Proven ability to conceive ideas that exist because of technology, not just add technology.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, entertainment, or lifestyle brand environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling skills with curiosity for tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Comfortable at the intersection of creative, technical, and production teams, with cross-functional communication skills.
• Pioneering mindset balanced with judgment on when technology serves the story.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts that leverage emerging technology such as Generative AI, 3D, motion design, real-time rendering, interactive formats to produce distinctive brand experiences.
• Bridge between creative and production teams and new tools; evaluate and introduce technologies that enhance output, speed, or scale.
• Prototype and pressure-test new techniques and workflows, balancing innovation with luxury-brand polish.
• Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, designers, and external partners to integrate technology into traditional pipelines.
• Provide creative and art direction across campaigns blending traditional with digital or AI-assisted elements.
• Stay ahead of generative AI and digital production trends, translating them into practical brand applications.
• Ensure tech-driven creative aligns with Marina Bay Sands brand identity and luxury positioning.
• Establish best-practice guidelines for responsible, high-quality use of creative technology.
• Present new ideas persuasively to senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.
