Marina Bay Sands is seeking a talented videographer/photographer to craft compelling brand storytelling. You will shoot and edit content across the resort’s hotel, dining, entertainment, and events, balancing polished brand work with fast, authentic social stories for digital platforms.

Qualifies with 3+ years in content creation, strong editing skills (Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Lightroom), and a passion for luxury hospitality storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a content creator, videographer, or photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent technical skills in photography and videography for both traditional and mobile formats.
• A natural storyteller with rhythm and emotional resonance in short-form content.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content across hotel, dining, entertainment, retail, lifestyle, and events.
• Develop story-led content concepts for social media, digital marketing, and brand channels.
• Work independently on location, capturing planned and spontaneous content for fast-paced environments.
• Provide comprehensive event coverage from pre-event to post-event content delivery.
• Edit content with colour correction, sound design, and platform-tailored pacing.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Stay current with social and digital content trends and platform best practices.
• Support larger campaigns with behind-the-scenes coverage and real-time social content needs.
• Manage content organisation, tagging, archiving, and asset delivery per team workflows.
