Job summary

Guerlain Singapore is recruiting a Public Relation intern to support PR and media marketing activities for the local market. You will collaborate with the PR team on seeding strategies, adapt press materials, and help manage media/KOL relationships for new launches and campaigns.

You will assist in planning and coordinating PR events, liaising with vendors, and supporting retailer communications. Monitor media coverage and compile weekly newsletters and monthly clippings to measure impact.

Qualifications

• University student pursuing luxury beauty PR/marketing.
• Passion for luxury brand exposure and Guerlain heritage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented, independent, motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Seed and manage seeding with influencers and media for launches and campaigns.
• Disseminate press materials and build relationships with media contacts.
• Support PR events, vendor coordination, logistics and gifts.
• Monitor coverage and prepare monthly PR clippings and reports.
• Coordinate internal communications with retailers and marketing teams.
