Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior Singapore is seeking a proactive PR and Communications Assistant to support the Singapore PR function as part of broader marketing campaigns. You will also provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations across events and media activities.

The role covers campaign activations, event management, PR materials preparation, trend identification, KOL liaison, media coordination, and ad-hoc administrative tasks in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for luxury beauty.
• Out-going personality, able to adapt to fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Intermediate – Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Activations: assist on planning PR events, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Event management including on-site hosting of PR guests and post-event coordination.
• PR & Communications Support: prepare PR materials, identify trends, scout KOLs and execute campaigns.
• Coordination with media/influencers on logistics such as product sendouts for shoots.
• Administrative Support: assist with ordering/packing PR stocks, track competitors, and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

The incumbent is required to assist Parfums Christian Dior Singapore PR function on PR activities as part of wider marketing campaigns, as well as provide day-to-day administrative support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Activations

• Assist on planning of PR events, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned
• Event management, including set-up and tear-down, on-site management and hosting of PR guests, post-event coordination

PR & Communications Support

• Preparation of PR materials, from downloading of assets from Central to adaptation for local usage
• Trend identification, KOLs scouting and liaison for selected campaigns
• Execution of PR campaigns including preparation of briefs, KOL lists for Central validation, dissemination of PR packages, post-event reports
• Coordination with media and influencers on logistical details e.g. product sendouts for shoots

Administrative Support

• Assist on ordering and packing of PR stocks
• Competitor tracking of new product launches, PR and KOL activities
• Ad-hoc tasks
